The current checkout allows you to select Italy. The European rates present in the backend engine do not constitute an offer to sell in those countries until such destinations are enabled in checkout and verified.

For Italy, shipping has a fixed cost of €9.90 (VAT included), independent of weight and destination.

Shipping is free for a product subtotal equal to or greater than €200, according to the configured backend rule. The summary before payment always shows the authoritative total calculated by our e-commerce platform.

The configured carrier is BRT. After shipment, the available tracking information is associated with the order and may be communicated to the customer.

Delivery time depends on the payment method you choose.

If you choose to pay by Credit Card/Postepay/PayPal, the order is packed and dispatched within 24h. Once it leaves our warehouse, the courier takes 24/48 hours to deliver it to your home.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order is dispatched within 24h only after we have received your bank payment. No unverified SLA is published for this method.

The customer must provide a complete and reachable address. In case of anomaly, significant delay, visibly damaged package or failed delivery, contact info@bioxfarm.com stating the order number.

Prompt reporting makes it easier to check with the carrier and does not limit the consumer’s mandatory rights.
