HERITAGE · SUPPLY CHAIN · METHOD
ITALIAN TRADITION SINCE 1809Our family’s olive-growing story began in 1809, when Antonio Scervino became a leaseholder under the Bourbon Kingdom and acquired the first olive grove. That historic land remains part of the estate today and is where BioXFarm continues to grow from.

Our Contrada Ciuranà headquarters brings together farming, production, logistics and administration. The complex includes approximately 1,000 m² of production space, 1,200 m² for vehicles and machinery, and 500 m² of offices. At its heart is the BioXFarm mill, equipped with an OMT Superdecanter X15 extraction system. Its patented centrifugation technology produces oil with an exceptionally low level of solid residues, removing the need for an additional separation stage and reducing the mechanical processing that could compromise the oil’s sensory qualities. From the 2026/27 olive harvest, a 100 kW photovoltaic system will supply renewable energy to the facility, reducing its carbon footprint.

“We care for the land, oversee every stage of production and invest in innovation to bring the authentic character of Calabria to every bottle.”
Francesco Scervino — CEO, BioXFarm
